Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic

Ledcor is hiring Heavy Duty Mechanics for our Highway Maintenance team in Ontario. Help maintain vital road equipment like graders and trucks to ensure community safety.

This role is suited for technicians holding a 310T Truck and Coach ticket, with a focus on equipment maintenance and repairs. Your experience with heavy civil construction and strong adherence to safety protocols will support Ledcor's mission. Complete relevant documentation while working both in the shop and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain heavy construction equipment

• Follow established maintenance programs and protocols

• Participate in company safety initiatives

• Accurately document maintenance activities

• Required travel to various job sites

Requirements:

• 310T Truck and Coach ticket is mandatory

• Previous experience with heavy equipment is desirable

• 421A Heavy Equipment Technician ticket preferred

• Valid Driver's License with driving history

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
