Webber seeks a Patrol Maintenance Technician for contracted roads, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, and vegetation. You will organize daily work, coordinate equipment, materials, and labor, and support compliance with standards and agreements. The position also includes contractor oversight, staff training, public communication, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol assigned roads and report hazards or deficiencies
- Inspect contractor work against standards and contractual requirements
- Coordinate equipment, materials, labor, and work activities
- Maintain equipment, inspection, hours, and material records
- Respond to accidents, spills, weather, and emergency plans
- High School Diploma required
- Three years’ construction, road maintenance, repair, or landscaping experience preferred
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License required
- Valid MTO Operator’s Permit and acceptable driving record required
- Knowledge of summer and winter maintenance operations
