Road Maintenance Patrol Supervisor

Lead roadway maintenance in Woodbridge with winter operations, safety oversight, and contractor inspection responsibilities for Webber Infrastructure Management.
As a Patroller, you will maintain contracted roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, and vegetation. You will organize work, coordinate equipment and labor, provide training, inspect contract work, and support compliance with MTO and Webber procedures. The position also requires administrative accuracy and public communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform shift supervisor duties during winter maintenance season
- Organize daily and weekly work activities
- Inspect contractor work against standards and agreements
- Patrol assigned roads and report hazards
- Respond to accidents, spills, and inclement weather
- High School Diploma required
- Three years’ relevant outdoor maintenance experience preferred
- Valid Ontario Class DZ Driver’s License required
- MTO Operator’s Permit and acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of maintenance operations and safety requirements
