Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek) to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. RSSRs drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base.

• Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other rental items.
• Build rapport with key decision makers and act as the face of Cintas to customers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory.
• Work professionally, safely and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.
• Complete the job on a 4‑day workweek with no weekend shifts.

• Qualified candidates must meet all Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing prior to the first day of employment.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year and includes base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance and other business needs.
