Sodexo Live! West of Scotland are now hiring hiring experienced Managers/Supervisors to join our team within the iconic Hamilton Park Racecourse.

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Ensuring you brief staff before service, making sure they are comfortable in their role
• Communication with chefs and kitchen porters throughout service
• Sound understanding of dietary requirements
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Treat all our guests like a VIP
• Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar
• Imputing orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations

• Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work on 25th June and 1st Aug
• Proven experience in hospitality management
