We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and organized Floater Home Health Aide (HHA) & Office Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid position that combines direct client support with administrative responsibilities in the office.
The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, comfortable working with clients, and able to assist with day-to-day office operations when not providing HHA coverage.
ResponsibilitiesHome Health Aide / Floater Duties
- Provide HHA services and assistance to clients as assigned.
- Provide coverage when regular HHA staff are unavailable.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, as permitted by training and applicable regulations.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and compassionate approach with clients and families.
- Communicate client needs or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Office Administration Duties
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling.
- Maintain and organize client and employee records.
- Assist with paperwork, filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff.
- Support the office team with daily administrative needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current HHA certification required.
- Drivers license
- Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer and office skills.
- Ability to transition between client-care responsibilities and administrative duties.
- Must be flexible and willing to provide HHA coverage when needed.
- Salary: $38,500 annually
