K9 Resorts is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the face of our luxury pet care brand. You’ll deliver 5-Star service at every interaction—phone, in-person, and email—while guiding guests toward reservations, tours, and enrollments.
This role requires a sales mindset, excellent communication, and comfort with POS systems and scheduling. Weekend and holiday availability is required to accommodate our busy seasons.
