- Handle incoming Medicaid Hotline calls. Must be bilingual.
- Making referrals to other Medicaid units
- Looking up Medicaid clients eligibility
- Keep updated on changes to Medicaid policies and guidelines
- Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:
- Call Center Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Phone Skills

Salary$17.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
