Requirements
  • Valid NJ Instructional Certificate (Teacher of Mathematics or 5-8 Subject Matter Specialization
    - Mathematics)
  • Knowledge/experience with NJ Student Learning Standards for Mathematics
  • Knowledge of state assessment test specifications (ie: NJSLA
    - Math)
  • Ability to analyze data to drive instructional decisions
  • Knowledge/Experience with Danielson's Framework for Teaching (a plus)
  • Ability to differentiate instruction/rigor by course level (ie: on grade level, accelerated level, and/or high school course content - in middle school)
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with fellow department members
  • Willingness to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Background with implementation of Google Apps for Education
