- Valid NJ Instructional Certificate (Teacher of Mathematics)
- Knowledge/experience with NJ Student Learning Standards for Mathematics
- Knowledge of state assessment test specifications (ie: NJSLA/NJGPA – Math)
- Ability to analyze data to drive instructional decisions
- Knowledge/Experience with Danielson's Framework for Teaching (a plus)
- Ability to differentiate instruction/rigor by course level (ie: CP, Honors, AP)
- Experience with administration and scoring of high school common assessments (ie: exams)
- Willingness to work collaboratively with fellow department members
- Willingness to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Leave replacement teachers receive benefits after 5 consecutive months of working (single health benefits) In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off.
