Qualifications- High School Diploma preferred
- Must possess and maintain CPR and First Aide
- Certification, or obtain within 60 calendar days of employment.
- Experience with disabled pupils preferred.
- Be in good physical and mental health. Capable of lifting, positioning and caring for disabled children.
- Be of good character and reputation.
- Be able to take direction and supervision.
- Be responsible, dependable, self-reliant, and display initiative.
- Be sensitive to the nature and needs of the disabled and their families.
- Required Criminal History background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may deem appropriate.
