COST ESTIMATORS
Mercerville, NJ & other unantcpt’d locns in NE USA.
Duties- Prepare cost estimatess for cnstrctn projects.
- Collect historical cost data to est costs.
- Analyze project plans, specs & request for proposals, to prepare time, cost, materials, equipment & labor ests.
- Set up cost monitoring & reporting systems & procedures.
- Estab, maintain & monitor cnstrctn bid process & conduct negociatns.
- Est material & labor cost for budgeting.
- Coord RFIs & material procurement.
- Mstr’s deg or equiv in Constrctn Mgmt or rltd field.
- Travel/reloc may be req’d to project worksites in NE USA for long or short durations & unknown freq.
Sal: $108,534.
