Princeton BMW is currently seeking an experienced, customer focused Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman family!

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with dealership service experience who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What will you do?

Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs through active listening and effective questioning.

Perform a visual inspection of vehicles and accurately document customer concerns and requested services.

Prepare and explain repair orders, recommended maintenance, service timelines, and associated costs.

Utilize a consultative approach to educate customers on vehicle maintenance, repair needs, and service recommendations.

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the repair process.

Provide updates on vehicle status, repairs, and completion timelines.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects our mission, values, and commitment to excellence.

What are we looking for?

High School Diploma2+ years of Dealership Service Writer experience strongly preferred

Highline experience strongly preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Proven ability to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a motor vehicle#LI-JV1
