As a Premier Client Advisor within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Hamilton, NJ.

Job Description- Consult on investment and insurance strategies, develop financial plans for clients, grow and retain a book of business, and own the client experience by efficiently handling sales and service.
- Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking, growing client loyalty and share of wallet via a superior client experience.
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, determine the best products to support those strategies, present sound financial recommendations, and establish individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives.
- Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities; drive investment education and visibility among branch staff; partner with Private Client Banker to lead the branch team to achieve investment results; maintain effective communication with internal and external partners to build relationships that drive referral activity.
- Meet regularly with branch manager and partners to review business results and pipeline management and meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience; a university/college degree preferred, but an equivalent combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Certifications: None required.
Licenses: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) required;
Life and Health Insurance required.
Pay Transparency: Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $75,000.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
