Job Title: Coordinator

Department: Logistics

Location: RWJ Hamilton Hospital, One Hamilton Health Place, Hamilton, NJ 08619

Shift: Evening (Monday - Friday 3pm - 11:30pm, rotating holidays)

Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

The coordinator utilizes a high degree of accuracy in obtaining all registration and financial data in order to provide necessary medical treatment and obtain proper reimbursement for the hospital.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Medical terminology, office procedures, typing skills

Preferred: Data entry and customer service experience

• Full Time Evening
• Monday - Friday 3pm - 11:30pm
• Rotating holidays

• Communicates with all customers exhibiting excellent customer service skills
• Interviews patients to assure proper scheduling, registration and certification of services on all patients in a timely and courteous manner
• Updates the Master Patient Index as needed
• Utilizes a high level of customer service in all aspects of the job
