Behavior Technician; BT​/RBT

Pay: $24-$33/hour
Schedule: Part-Time
Setting: Center-based, in-home, and in-school sessions in the Hamilton area

Flywheel Centers is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to support children with autism in their homes, schools, and our Hamilton center. You'll work 1:1 with children, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help them learn and grow in meaningful ways, while being supported by an experienced BCBA every step of the way.

• Provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and our center

• Follow a personalized behavior plan developed by a supervising BCBA

• Track progress using data collection systems

• Help children improve communication, independence, and social skills

• Flexible scheduling to fit your availability

  : $24-$33/hour

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18 years or older

• Reliable transportation

• ABA experience preferred (but not required)

• A patient, playful, and professional approach to working with children
