Position Details:

• Title: ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Hamilton / Trenton, NJ - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus!*
• Location: Hamilton, NJ
• Service Areas: Hamilton, Trenton, Lawrenceville, Lawrence Township, Bordentown, Robbinsville, Princeton, Plainsboro, and surrounding Central Jersey areas
• Schedule: Part-Time / Evening (Flexible Hours Available)
• Salary: $20-$30/hr (based on experience and certification)

We're hiring caring, motivated ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, school, and community settings throughout Mercer County and Central Jersey.

You'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized treatment plans and teach meaningful skills that improve each child's quality of life.

We offer full training for beginners
-no prior experience required. If you're already an RBT, we welcome your expertise!

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children in home, school, or center settings
• Follow treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Use play, structured activities, and reinforcement to teach social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data and record session notes
• Collaborate with your clinical team and families to support child progress

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation within Mercer County / Central Jersey
• Prior ABA or childcare experience preferred (training available for beginners)
