RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center - Hamilton is a premier fitness and wellness facility serving the communities of Hamilton, Mercerville, and surrounding areas. This is a full‑time on‑site role for a General Manager, located in Mercerville, NJ. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the fitness and wellness center, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and staff. Responsibilities include managing facility staff, ensuring member satisfaction, developing and implementing operational policies, budgeting, and achieving organizational goals. The General Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive and motivating workplace culture while maintaining compliance with all company and legal requirements.

• Strong leadership, team management, sales, and organizational skills
• Experience in customer service and ability to ensure member satisfaction
• Knowledge of health, fitness, or wellness industry operations and trends
• Budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning expertise
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills
• Proficiency in management software and tools
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Prior experience in a management role within a fitness or service‑oriented organization is a plus
