Job Overview:
The Assistant Director of Patient Care role will oversee and delegate the daily operations of the Emergency Department, fostering a positive work environment. They will anticipate and address the complex, individual needs of patients and work to create an efficient workflow within the unit.

• BSN
• Active RN New Jersey License
• BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
• 2 Years of experience

• CCRN

• Provide support and assistance to the director and staff for coordination of patient care to meet the needs of all patients and to ensure quality outcomes in a cost‑effective manner.
• Collaborate and assist the Director with hiring, evaluations, and administrative functions of the unit.
• Facilitate goal‑setting in collaboration with staff.
• Unit responsibilities for the assigned shift, including weekends.

• 36 hours a week – night
