• Supervise and support nursing staff on the 11‑7 shift
• Respond to resident needs and clinical situations promptly
• Complete required overnight assignments and documentation tasks
• Conduct rounds and ensure facility protocols are followed
• Communicate any concerns to the Director of Nursing or appropriate department heads

• Active LPN license in New Jersey
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident care

This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
