Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is a 55‑bed post‑acute care center located on the campus of RWJ University Hospital‑Hamilton. Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) 3‑11 Shift. Salary: up to $45/hr location: 3 Hamilton Health Pl, Hamilton Township, NJ 08690.

• Lead with compassion by providing top‑notch nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and happiness.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ conditions with utmost care.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
• Participate in activities that enrich residents’ lives and create a vibrant community.

• Valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in acute care LTC or similar settings required.
• Current active CPR certification is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team.
• Customer service‑oriented and able to work well under pressure.

Rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All per diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
