Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite. You will implement nursing plans, administer meds, and educate patients and families under a physician’s plan of care.
Requires an active RN license, 1 year nursing experience, and CPR. Travel up to 100% may be required; strong computer skills and HIPAA compliance are essential. BSN preferred and infusion experience welcomed.
