Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Floral Department to achieve department goals (sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement);
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service; promote promotions and assist with onboarding of new department associates;
Maintain department safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance; supervise equipment use and ensure proper safety protocols;
Train, develop, and provide feedback to associates; ensure staffing levels meet sales and customer experience needs;
Maintain product presentation, pricing accuracy, and inventory control within the floral department
