Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Dairy Department to achieve department goals (sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement) under the direction of the General Store Manager;
Promote safety, presentation, and efficiency through adherence to policies and procedures and training of Associates;
Assist with onboarding, interviewing, selection, and training of new department Associates; provide ongoing coaching and feedback;
Maintain staffing to meet projected sales and Customer Experience needs and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
Maintain department organization, proper labeling, stocking, and compliance with regulatory standards
