Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business;
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating employees; managing staffing and scheduling; onboarding and mentoring;
Lead the associate and pet parent experience, ensuring safety and high service standards across in-store and remote channels as needed;
Manage store operations including inventory control, adherence to policies and procedures, safety, and business metrics; coordinate with local adoption groups and community events;
Analyze store performance, control expenses, and drive profitability through effective staffing, scheduling, and resource management
