• Engage customers with travel services and products such as travel supplies, luggage, TSA Precheck assistance, passport photos, and background checks for federal or state programs.
• Provide travel government or TSA‑related consumer sales for identity‑related products and services.
• Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience.
• Engage customers and present products & solutions that drive sales with customers' needs in mind.
• Verify customer identity, scan required documents into the database system, take passport photos.
• Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric & data capture processes and paperwork.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment.
• Support other areas of the store during the 8‑10 week onboarding period.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned or needed in the store.

• 18 years of age or older and must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs. This role usually has a more consistent schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment.
• 1+ years of customer service‑related experience.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
• Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift/move materials in the 10‑50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.
