Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink control;
Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend complementary products and/or services;
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests;
Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events to deliver guest experience while achieving sales goals;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and grow a preferred customer list for Clinique brand sales
