Princeton BMW is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman family!

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.

Job Duties:

Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs, preferences, and budget

Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by presenting features, technology, performance capabilities, and financing options.

Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight the benefits of BMW products.

Collaborate with customers, Sales Managers, and Finance & Insurance (F&I) personnel to structure and negotiate vehicle purchases and lease agreements

Assist customers throughout the purchase process and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.

Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and foster long-term relationships.

Utilize CRM and dealership software to track customer interactions and sales activities.

Meet or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the team.

Deliver a professional, customer-centric experience that supports dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales experience preferred; luxury automotive sales experience is a plus.

Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

High School Diploma or GED; additional education or relevant sales training is a plus.

One year of sales, customer service, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.#LI-JV1
