• Installing residential HVAC equipment
• Install and connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, thermostats, and electrical components
• Communicating clearly with customers and building trust through honest, professional service
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed
• Assisting in mentoring or training newer team members when needed

• 1+ years of HVAC Install experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
• Growth mindset and a drive to make great money
• Team player who enjoys a fun, family-like work environment

Pay Range: $25.00–$45.00/hour + bonuses, commissions, and spiffs
