Corporate HVAC Technician

Accela Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate HVAC Technician to join our team! As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for maintaining critical HVAC systems across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and make-up air units
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance
• Respond to emergency HVAC service calls as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Work closely with Regional Maintenance Directors and facility leadership
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety regulations

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
• Experience servicing:
  Rooftop Units (RTUs), Split Systems, Package Units, Air Handlers, Heat Pumps, Chillers (preferred), Exhaust and Make-Up Air Systems
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights
• Ability to participate in emergency and after-hours service calls when necessary
