At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead to work with a leading supply chain management company in Hamilton. This role is responsible for the warehouse’s day-to-day operating activities, including inbound receiving, inventory management, outbound shipping, reverse logistics, and customer support. You will manage end-to-end cross-functional projects to support business growth, focusing on planning, logistics, and process optimization.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

• 23.00 USD hourly

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse operations leadership role
• Ability to collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure inventory management satisfaction
• Proven ability to establish, define, and improve processes to facilitate efficient business activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor approaches to different organizational levels

• Supervise, organize, direct, and train warehouse staff to ensure peak efficiency and accuracy
• Oversee daily operations while controlling inventory and logistics
• Manage complex warehouse projects from requirements definition through to deployment and support
• Communicate project milestones, delays, and challenges effectively to stakeholders
• Maintain complete and current project documentation
• Understanding of e-Commerce distribution processes is considered a plus

• Lead daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory control
• Manage cross-functional projects to optimize warehouse processes
• Provide leadership and training to warehouse staff to meet operational goals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient service
