Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY
The Technician
- Therapeutic Spa at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while performing specialized spa treatments in accordance with established policies and standards. This role involves ensuring client safety and well-being, maintaining accurate documentation, and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills. The technician must possess relevant certifications, demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities, and serve as a professional representative of the Wellness Center, interacting closely with clients and conveying a high level of care and professionalism.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Customer Service:
- Ensures excellent customer service;
Performs field of expertise in a. professional manner in accordance with the Wellness Center therapeutic. - spa policy and the standards set forth by the specified field of expertise certification.
- Supervision:
- Responsible for the safety, security and well-being of each client.
- Documentation:
- Completes appropriate appointment paperwork and monitor therapeutic spa supplies.
- CMST
- Certified Massage Therapist - BCLS
- Basic Life Support - . .
Skills and Abilities
- Proven communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Excellent leadership skills are mandatory
- Ensure safe high quality spa service session in a timely and efficient manner
- A role model and representative of the Wellness Center at all times.
- Individual will have close physical contact with clients and it is imperative that he/she have the ability to interact in a caring, professional manner
- Provides the first impression of the Wellness Center and must convey a high level of professionalism, service and care to clients.
