The Welders role will utilize a team approach to achieve plant objectives, exceed customer expectations, and meet production demands.
** The ideal candidate:
*** Excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime if necessary
* Maintain a high level of safety by resolving hazards immediately
* Produce an outstanding product by maintaining quality that exceeds customer’s expectations
* Follow D.A.P.I.A. instructions for building product
* Ability to create a positive work environment through effective communication
* Maintain a high level of organization and housekeeping
* Follow ISO 14001 standards for the department
** Skills and Knowledge:
*** Attention to detail
* Ability to build by blueprints
* Achieve daily production schedule
* High level of safety knowledge in a welding department
* MIG and stick welding knowledge required (steel only)
** Experience Desired:
*** Welding in a high production environment
*
* Education:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic mathematical and measuring skills
