Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office activities to maintain an orderly and productive workplace
- Welcome guests, answer incoming communications, and provide attentive front-desk support
- Monitor inventory levels for office materials and ensure supplies are consistently available
- Place orders for office products and coordinate timely replenishment based on business needs
- Organize administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and general office coordination
- Support staff with routine operational requests to help maintain smooth daily workflow Requirements - Experience in office administration, office coordination, or a similar support role
- Ability to manage reception responsibilities with professionalism and strong customer service
- Familiarity with tracking, maintaining, and ordering office supplies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
