We are hiring a nurturing, dependable Infant Teacher to join our team at our Hamilton location. The infant years are full of first smiles, first steps, and powerful growth — and we're looking for an early childhood education professional who truly understands how important this stage is.
If you're an experienced infant teacher, infant/toddler teacher, or early childhood educator who loves the 6 weeks–15 months age group, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Need:- EEC Teacher certification (Infant/Toddler preferred) or eligible to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional
- Passion for early childhood education
- Provide nurturing, responsive care in our infant classroom
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment
- Partner with families through clear communication
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations

$17 - $24 an hour
