Deposit Account Support Specialist

Our Operations Team Is Currently In Search Of a Full-Time Deposit Account Support Specialist In Hamilton, Montana. A Successful Candidate Will

• Be motivated and reliable
• Have strong ethics and integrity
• Be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and be approachable
• Have a passion for excellent customer service

• Enthusiastically support the Bank's values and mission
• Work with customers via phone, email and chat support and proactively resolve concerns in a timely, professional, and positive manner, escalating issues to next level of authority, as needed
• Perform Data Entry and Account Research
• Complete all essential training and display enthusiasm for continuous learning, accepting constructive feedback from more experienced team members
• Display a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times
• Maintain consistently punctuality and attendance
• Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines to protect customers and bank assets

• Detail oriented
• Clear, concise, and effective phone communication skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Good multi-tasking skills
• Willing to learn

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience interacting with people and displaying excellent customer service skills, demonstrated through work, military and/or education, required
• Knowledge of and experience with bank products, online banking, mobile banking applications, debit cards, etc. preferred but not mandatory.
