Description:
The Instructional Assistant is responsible to assist the classroom teacher in providing instructional assistance, tutoring and small group work with students.
Qualifications:
* Associates Degree or successful completion of Parapro Assessment Test.
* Experience working with middle school age students.
* Basic computer literacy is required.
* Organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work with others in a positive, productive way.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and the community while projecting a positive image that enhances the school.
* Ability to follow and interpret oral and written directions.
* Meet all state and federal requirements
