Overview
A2Z is recruiting for a Medical Device Assembler position at a top-rated medical device manufacturing facility located in the Bitterroot Valley. The organization focuses on creating innovative medical devices through silicone fabrication in certified facilities, including silicone tissue expanders, sheeting, patches, and other devices.
Responsibilities- Manufacture products to meet daily customer demand and the production schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform constant repetitive motion tasks, including pushing, pulling, and reaching.
- Work with silicone in a sterile environment with protective gear.
- Coordinate and cooperate in a team production environment to ensure products are produced orderly, efficiently, and with high quality.
- All other job duties as assigned.
- Team player, effective communicator, and efficient.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-3 years of related experience preferred, but training is provided.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Read and comprehend procedures, drawings, and specifications.
- Basic understanding of arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
- Familiarity with personal computers.
- Ability to work with hand tools.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to document procedures in legible writing.
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach within arm's length.
- Frequently lift and move up to 10 lbs., occasionally up to 25 lbs.
- Constant repetitive motion tasks, including pushing, pulling, and reaching.
- Constan t work at close vision.
- Must wear proper PPE.
- Pre-employment drug screen required.
- Weekly pay starting at $18/hr with direct deposit option.
- Steady, non-seasonal work in an indoor, climate-controlled environment.

- $300 sign-on bonus after completing 40 hours of work.
- Additional $300 bonus after completing 3 months of employment.
- Further referral bonuses are available upon successful completion of referral employment.
