About the RoleAs an LPN or MA, you will deliver high‑quality patient care in a supportive clinic setting, working closely with physicians and healthcare teams to meet the needs of patients and families. This position requires 3 days per week in the Hamilton clinic and one day in Stevensville.
What You’ll Do- Assist providers in delivering exceptional care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Monitor and report on patient conditions and diagnostic results
- Uphold clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Licensure/Certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) or higher
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MAs:
Certification via accredited NCCA exam, or 3 years verified MA experience with certification within 1 year of hire - Skills & Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow physician instructions with precision
- Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance
