Registered Nurse

Provide professional nursing care to patients with various acuities in a medical-surgical setting. Assess patient conditions, document findings accurately, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the EMR.
• Direct and coordinate patient care activities in collaboration with ancillary staff.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and team members regarding patient status.
• Implement care plans and adjust interventions as needed to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Proficient in electronic medical record documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
