Quality Control Specialist

Education:

Bachelors

• Perform sampling and routine QC testing (Microbiology, Wet Chemistry, or Chromatography) to support product manufacturing and release.
• Review GMP assay data accurately and communicate findings directly to production teams.
• Operate, maintain, and assist in qualifying automated and computerized laboratory equipment.
• Participate in lab investigations, problem-solving, and non-routine quality projects under minimal supervision.
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP regulations, safety guidelines, and inspection-readiness standards.

Required:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in a scientific field.
• Knowledge of standard scientific principles and routine laboratory safety practices.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong self-starter and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience in Microbiology (bioburden, pipetting, GLP) OR Chemistry (HPLC/UPLC/GC, Karl Fischer, Spectrophotometry).
• Prior experience working within a regulated GMP laboratory environment.
