Are you a detail-oriented laboratory professional who thrives in a GMP environment and is passionate about delivering accurate, high-quality results?

Proclinical is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support quality control operations in the pharmaceutical and immuno-oncology space. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong scientific background and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate be involved in performing laboratory testing and sampling to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong scientific education to understand testing concepts, principles, and mathematical calculations.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
  • Capability to work in manufacturing labs and open office environments.
The Laboratory Technician's responsibilities will be:
  • Conduct sampling and testing using established methodologies, ensuring results are accurate and defensible.
  • Demonstrate understanding of scientific principles and method validation for assigned assays.
  • Review GMP assay data and communicate findings effectively to manufacturing teams.
  • Prioritize tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in laboratory investigations and problem-solving activities.
  • Support non-routine tests, studies, or projects as needed.
  • Assist in the qualification, operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with validation requirements.
  • Escalate issues related to equipment or assays promptly.
  • Adhere to current GMP regulations and quality systems, promoting a quality-focused mindset.
  • Communicate concerns, issues, and best practices in a professional manner.
  • Support site operations and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
  • Perform additional departmental duties as assigned by management.
  • Follow safety and environmental guidelines, including handling hazardous waste in compliance with protocols.
  • Maintain inspection readiness in the area of responsibility.
