Proclinical is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support quality control operations in the pharmaceutical and immuno-oncology space. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong scientific background and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate be involved in performing laboratory testing and sampling to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Strong scientific education to understand testing concepts, principles, and mathematical calculations.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

The Laboratory Technician's responsibilities will be:

Conduct sampling and testing using established methodologies, ensuring results are accurate and defensible.
Demonstrate understanding of scientific principles and method validation for assigned assays.
Review GMP assay data and communicate findings effectively to manufacturing teams.
Prioritize tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Participate in laboratory investigations and problem-solving activities.
Support non-routine tests, studies, or projects as needed.
Assist in the qualification, operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with validation requirements.
Escalate issues related to equipment or assays promptly.
Adhere to current GMP regulations and quality systems, promoting a quality-focused mindset.
Communicate concerns, issues, and best practices in a professional manner.
Support site operations and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Perform additional departmental duties as assigned by management.
Follow safety and environmental guidelines, including handling hazardous waste in compliance with protocols.
Maintain inspection readiness in the area of responsibility.
