* Execute interior and exterior painting projects with precision and quality craftsmanship
* Prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
* Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
* Follow project specifications and safety protocols
* Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
* Communicate with crew leads and project managers about progress and challenges
* Deliver completed work on schedule and within standards## Requirements
* 2+ years of professional painting experience
* Strong knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques
* Experience with both residential and commercial projects
* Ability to work safely at heights and on ladders
* Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
* Physical ability to perform demanding manual labor
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
