We are seeking an experienced accounting and financial reporting leader to join a well-established corporate finance organization in Southern New Jersey. This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning critical reporting cycles, improving accounting processes, partnering across the business, and leading a team through complex financial reporting requirements.
The Manager will supervise 2 Senior Accountants/Analysts and play a key role in ensuring the integrity and timeliness of the company's financial results. The position combines close management, corporate reporting, expense oversight, technical accounting, audit support, and people leadership. You'll support reporting requirements for a global parent organization.
Ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting cycle, keeping deadlines, accounting activities, and cross-functional deliverables moving according to schedule.
Review reconciliations and journal entries, monitor balance-sheet activity, resolve reporting issues, and maintain appropriate accounting controls.
Produce and review recurring financial reporting and analysis. You'll ensure corporate reporting packages are complete and accurate, prepare standalone financial statements, and provide management with meaningful monthly financial information.
Oversee accounting and financial planning activities associated with corporate operating expenses and capital spending.
Help manage budgets and forecasts, analyze results, and provide financial insight that supports business decisions.
Serve as an accounting resource for leases, employee benefit programs, income-tax accounting under IFRS, and the adoption of new accounting guidance.
Hands-on management position with responsibility for developing and guiding accounting team members.
Partners with Tax, HR, operating departments, external accounting firms, auditors, and corporate finance stakeholders.
Requirements:10–12+ years of Technical Accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA, preferred

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
.
2 or more years of Supervisory/Management experience.
Experience with
Oracle, One Stream, Power BI, and advanced Excel
Schedule: Hybrid, including two remote workdays per week after the initial 90-day period
