Audit Examiner

Review audits produced by staff and vendor auditors
Check and review policy versus audit and prior-year audits to proactively anticipate issues
Research and interpret state and company manual rules for multiple lines of business
Communicate with business partners, agents, and customers through email and phone
Analyze and respond to audit questions and disputes within authority level
Create audit statements in automated systems
Process audit statements accurately and timely
Deliver a high level of customer service to business partners and customers

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent business experience required
• Premium Audit business experience preferred
• Knowledge and/or ability to research and interpret state and company manual rules for multiple lines of business
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with business partners, agents, and customers by email and phone
• Ability to analyze and respond to audit questions and disputes within authority level
• Capability to create audit statements in automated systems
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screen after accepting a formal offer
• Additional credit or MVR screening may be required for some positions
