What You'll DoVehicle repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

Diagnose vehicle concerns and identify the cause of mechanical malfunctions.

Follow all safety guidelines and quality control procedures throughout the repair process.

Perform vehicle testing and road tests to verify completed repairs.

Track labor time and document repair details, inspections, and test results.

Maintain required personal tools and ensure specialty tools are returned to designated locations.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked while using shop materials responsibly.

Deliver vehicles to customers in a clean and professional condition.

Complete required training and maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications.

Collaborate with team members, uphold workplace standards, and promptly report safety or operational concerns.

What You'll Bring2+ years of experience as an automotive technician/ mechanicASE Certifications is a plus Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong work ethic

Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $25.00 to $55.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
