Senior Analyst, Regulatory Incident Reporting

The Senior Analyst, Regulatory Incident Reporting ensures compliance by developing, implementing, and monitoring incident reporting processes for BetMGM’s online iGaming platform, online Sports book, and retail sports books. The role manages investigations, drafting, and reporting of regulatory violations and non‑compliance across all jurisdictions.

• Assist in creating and implementing incident reporting processes and procedures for sports wagering and iGaming compliance per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the operation and integrity of these processes, ensuring updates adhere to rule changes, regulatory directives, and operational enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with regulators in every jurisdiction for gaming compliance matters.
• Oversee investigation, drafting, and submission of all incident reports and notifications, maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in incident reporting processes and lead revisions to resolve those opportunities.
• Continuously monitor updates to online gaming and sports wagering regulations.
• Work cross‑functionally across departments, managing competing priorities on a daily and weekly basis.
• Assist with periodic reviews of products and services to ensure regulatory compliance and identify potential areas of non‑compliance.
• Provide compliance guidance and support to all departments and assist in identifying appropriate mitigation measures.
• Respond to regulatory compliance issues in assigned states where BetMGM offers iGaming, online sports wagering, and/or a retail sports book.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to address incidents of non‑compliance and create remedial plans if required.
• Delegate and assign research topics to prepare clear, concise, and complete reports, correspondence, and other communications materials on complex regulatory topics.
• Maintain physical capability to operate computers and related technology for extended periods.

• Preferred experience in online or land‑based casino/sports wagering and/or a compliance role.
• Required experience in report writing and document management.
• Experience in reviewing, researching, and interpreting regulations.
• Strong organizational, writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Preferred background in internal control, internal audit, or compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing business priorities.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Annual range: $80,480 to $101,000. Eligibility for a performance‑based bonus plan.
