Innovative Medicine Commercial Leadership Development Program

• Complete diverse rotations in marketing, market access, new product business development, global commercial strategy, and other key commercial functions
• Prepare for a future business leadership role at Johnson & Johnson
• Participate in classroom and e-learning training throughout the program
• Learn from program leadership, commercial pharmaceutical leaders, Johnson & Johnson executives, and external consultants
• Work on North America-based rotations
• Explore a career in healthcare with a focus on commercial leadership roles

• U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
• Be enrolled in an accredited MBA Program with graduation planned no later than July 2027
• Ability to relocate to assigned site location
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience and/or military experience (5 years preferred)
• Passion for improving Healthcare
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically, and influence and execute a plan effectively
• Validated analytical skills and cycles of success in a professional business environment
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs
• Understanding AI concepts and use cases, including agentic AI, with the ability to translate business processes and workflows into AI opportunities

• A concentration in Healthcare Management or Marketing (preferred)
• Prior experience in the CLDP summer internship program (preferred)
• Experience in healthcare, marketing, sales, business analytics and/or management consulting in a health care related field (preferred)
• Project management skills and ability to navigate a matrix organization to accomplish goals (preferred)
• Collaboration with key internal and external partners in support of project outcomes (preferred)
• Development of significant partnerships to add value and insights for the organization (preferred)
