Torcon has immediate positions for superintendents to join our team and oversee the execution of construction projects. The candidate should have experience as a superintendent in one of the related fields below. Familiarity and use of construction‑related technology/management systems will be a benefit.

Experience in quality and schedule‑driven healthcare, higher education, corporate, and/or life science projects is required for this role. Experience ranging from $1MM to $500MM+ as well as managing multiple projects is a plus. We currently have openings on several projects throughout New Jersey and Atlanta, GA.

Superintendent responsibilities include field management, logistics and safety planning, contributions to schedule discussions, safety management, and quality control. Opportunities exist for Lead Superintendents as well as positions within multi‑superintendent teams on larger projects.

Torcon is construction management firm focused on pharmaceutical, healthcare, and higher‑education projects. The majority of our work takes place in the greater New Jersey area, but we currently have a project in Atlanta, GA as well. Our projects range in size from $5 million to $750 million+.

We also currently have openings for project engineers and QA/QC managers.

The superintendents will oversee all field operations on our construction sites as part of our project management team.

The successful candidate will experience in all phases of construction; a degree in Engineering, Technical/Design, CM or equivalent experience; and 30‑hour OSHA training is highly desirable.
