Certificated Staff

The administrative end to all the productions hires staff as needed, creates pay schedule and delivers all vouchers to pay roll for payment.

• Handles all purchasing of equipment and materials for the department, spaces, and shows as needed.
• Gathers all quotes, submits all necessary paperwork and follows up with all the vendors.
• Responsible for all paperwork needed for the above duties.
• Ensures the viability of the spaces for the productions and coordinates any repairs and fixes needed to the space.
• Works with the production team and works to ensure all disciplines are in place and work with each member to ensure they get what they need.
• Work with team on space availability as in regards to educational and district wide uses.
• Liaise between the production team and administration when needed to solve problems and deliver information.
• Be the point person for each production that falls outside of the purview of the director and creative team.
• Attends all meetings for each production and with administration as it regards to the productions.
• Facilitate all non creative aspects of the production.
• Act as the backstop for any and all production related needs. If there is no one to do it, its the producers responsibility to find someone or complete the tasks themselves.
• It is also the producers responsibility to facilitate any discipline needed for any production team members if required.
• Handle any disagreements between production team members.
